Legacy's horticulture program is the perfect elective for middle school or high school students looking to explore the world of plants with hands-on experience. Through a combination of classroom instruction and practical learning, our dedicated and passionate teacher will guide you through the fascinating world of growing plants.
In this program, you will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of horticulture, including plant anatomy, soil science, pest management, plant propagation, greenhouse management, and landscape design. Much of your time will be spent planting and harvesting crops while enjoying the fresh air.
