We spend lots of time inside and outside the weight room to help build strength and endurance. We focus on maintaining great team camaraderie, even in individual sports. There’s nothing like cheering on your teammates as they sprint through the finish line after a hard race, watching a close friend out jump dozens of other athletes, or watching someone you’ve been training with throw a shotput further than they ever have. Whether your big or small, short or tall, fast or slow, there is an event for you.
