The Secondary will kick off HOCO week with our annual "Favorite Hallway" dress-up on Monday, October 7, 2024. The hallway themes are as follows:
Freshmen - Trolls
Sophomores - RIO
Juniors - Monsters Inc
Seniors- Star Wars
If students are not participating, they must be in uniform.
"See You at the Pole" turned out wonderfully this morning. Thank you, High School Student Council, and several teachers/staff for leading us in prayer as we lifted up our school, community, and country. We're also grateful to One City Church for providing donuts this morning for those who gathered at the pole.
Please join us in giving a big Warrior welcome to Jessica Leavins, who joins the fantastic teaching staff at Legacy as our new 5th-grade ELAR teacher.
This year's Homecoming Pep Rally will be on Thursday, October 10th, at 7:00 PM. It will be jam-packed with fun and good food! We'll have our annual Bonfire to celebrate our inevitable win at the Homecoming game, and the Junior class is sponsoring a silent auction and gumbo dinner to help raise funds for the junior and senior prom. Come out and support our Legacy community

Our State of the School Night is on September 30th at 6:30 in our Dabney Gym! This is a great opportunity to get updates on the new middle school building and hear about our current plans as well as those for the future. Thursday, September 19th, will be a dress-up day for elementary and secondary students. The theme is Favorite Sports Team. Students can wear Friday dress with their favorite team gear.

Attention ALL Secondary students: The Thespian Society is sponsoring a fundraiser to raise awareness for Alzheimer's research. Beginning September 16th through October 1st, you can pay $1 to any Thespian member for the privilege of wearing Purple with jeans on Wednesday, October 2nd.
If you wait to pay until October 2nd, it will cost you $5. We will take a picture at chapel on October 2nd wearing our purple. Anyone wanting to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's on October 5th can get Information from Mrs. Morgan.
